  • Are your cookies homemade?

    • All cookies are handmade from scratch, using the highest quality ingredients, and local ingredients when possible.

  • Do you have gluten-free or vegan options?

    • Yes! We offer our signature flavors in gluten free options. Vegan option coming soon!

  • Where can we find your product?

    • Raining Cookies can be found at local markets. Stay tuned for additional locations!

  • Do you ship?

    • Yes, Raining Cookies ships! Please note that while we do our best to protect your cookies from harm, once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for any harm that may come to your package. No refunds will be given for broken cookies.

  • Can I freeze my cookies?

    • Absolutely! If you need to freeze your cookies, we recommend placing them in a ziplock freezer bag, then placing in a rubbermaid container or something airtight. The cookies can freeze up to 3 months. When you are ready to enjoy your cookies, take them out of the freezer and thaw them in their container until they are at room temperature. Do not take out of the container before they come to room temp; this could cause condensation which could harm the design.
